EARLIER NOVEMBER 3, 10 P.M. SNAPSHOT.
VICTORVILLE, San Bernardino County — November 3, 2026. Early election-night returns show competitive contests for Victorville City Council Districts 2 and 4. The county registrar’s 10 p.m. unofficial update listed Corrine Mora ahead in District 2 and Derek Marshall narrowly ahead in District 4. Neither contest is final.
District 2: three candidates
With 6 of 8 precincts reporting (75%), Corrine Mora received 1,400 votes (46.02%), Ken Lutz 1,018 (33.46%) and Rafael Angel Porras 623 (20.48%). These percentages refer to candidate votes reported in the contest, not all registered voters.
District 4: close lead over Harriman
With 8 of 9 precincts reporting (88.89%), Derek Marshall had 1,331 votes (46.07%), Bob Harriman 1,202 (41.61%) and Kassandra Shamsrouf 355 (12.29%). The margin between Marshall and Harriman in this snapshot was 129 votes, making further counting important.
Both elections are for individual city-council districts; Victorville residents outside those boundaries did not necessarily vote in these races. Local council members help decide municipal budgets, public safety priorities, streets, land use and constituent services.
Why these numbers are preliminary
These figures come from San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters’ 10 p.m. November 3, 2026 unofficial Election Night report. They are a snapshot, not certified results. The listed precincts reporting reflect election-night precinct activity; additional eligible ballots may remain to be counted. A candidate’s early lead should not be described as a final victory.
Read the official county election results for the latest figures and future updates. The county’s next scheduled update after this snapshot was midnight. California58 will identify the source and reporting time when updating this article.
